البيانات التي نجمعها
عند استخدام وراق، نعالج بيانات الحساب (اسم المستخدم والاسم ورقم الهاتف والبريد الإلكتروني إذا أضفته وصورة الملف وبيانات الدخول)، والعناوين المحفوظة والموقع الذي تختار تقديمه، وإعلانات الكتب وصورها وأسعارها والتقييمات وتفضيلات القراءة والكتب المحفوظة، والطلبات وبيانات التوصيل وطريقة الدفع، والرسائل والبلاغات وطلبات الدعم. وقد يعالج التطبيق الصور التي تختارها من الكاميرا أو المعرض، ورمز إشعارات الجهاز إذا فعّلت الإشعارات، وبيانات تقنية مثل معرّفات الجلسة وعنوان الشبكة وسجلات الطلبات والأخطاء.
أغراض الاستخدام
نستخدم هذه البيانات لتسجيل الدخول وتشغيل سوق الكتب وعرض الإعلانات وإدارتها وتنفيذ طلبات الدفع عند الاستلام وترتيب التوصيل أو الاستلام والتراسل والدعم وإرسال الإشعارات المطلوبة ومراجعة المحتوى وحماية الحسابات وتشخيص المشكلات. لا يطلب وراق بيانات البطاقة المصرفية لطلبات الدفع عند الاستلام.
من يمكنه الاطلاع عليها
قد يظهر ملفك العام وإعلاناتك وتقييماتك للمستخدمين الآخرين. يحصل المشتري والبائع على بيانات الطلب والتواصل اللازمة لإتمام المعاملة. وقد تحصل جهة التوصيل على البيانات اللازمة لتسليم الطلب. يستطيع فريق الدعم والإدارة المخوّل الاطلاع على البيانات اللازمة لمعالجة الطلبات والبلاغات والنزاعات. نستخدم مزوّدي خدمات للاستضافة والمصادقة وتخزين الملفات والإشعارات، بما في ذلك Supabase وVercel وGoogle Firebase، لمعالجة البيانات اللازمة لهذه الخدمات. لا يستخدم التطبيق شبكة إعلانات خارجية.
الصلاحيات والاختيارات
يُطلب الوصول إلى الكاميرا أو الصور عندما تختار إضافة صورة لكتاب أو لملفك. ويُطلب الموقع عندما تختار استخدام موقع جهازك لحفظ عنوان توصيل أو موقع متجر. ويُطلب إذن الإشعارات قبل إرسال إشعارات الجهاز. يمكنك إدارة الصلاحيات من إعدادات جهازك وتعديل بيانات حسابك وعناوينك وتفضيلاتك في التطبيق.
الأمان والاحتفاظ
يستخدم وراق اتصالات HTTPS والتحقق من الهوية وضوابط وصول بحسب الدور لحماية بيانات الخدمة الخاصة. نحتفظ بالبيانات طوال المدة اللازمة لتقديم الخدمة ومتابعة الطلبات والدعم والنزاعات. وقد نحتفظ ببعض سجلات المعاملات أو الأمان عند الحاجة لمنع الاحتيال أو حل نزاع أو الوفاء بالتزام قانوني. إرسال طلب حذف الحساب لا يحذف البيانات بحد ذاته؛ تواصل مع الدعم لمعرفة حالة الطلب والبيانات التي قد يلزم الاحتفاظ بها.
حذف الحساب والبيانات
من داخل التطبيق، افتح إعدادات الحساب ← حذف الحساب لطلب الحذف. ويمكنك إرسال الطلب دون التطبيق عبر نموذج حذف الحساب أدناه. قد نطلب ما يلزم للتحقق من ملكية الحساب قبل إتمام الطلب عبر الويب. ويمكنك طلب تصحيح بياناتك الشخصية أو حذفها عبر نموذج الدعم.

Information we collect
When you use Waraq, we process account details (username, name, phone number, email if provided, profile photo and sign-in information); saved addresses and location you choose to provide; book listings, photos, prices, reviews, reading preferences and saved books; orders, delivery and payment-method choices; messages, reports and support requests. The app may also process camera or photo selections, a notification token if you enable notifications, and technical information such as session identifiers, IP address, request logs and error details.
How we use it
We use this information to authenticate you, operate the book marketplace, show and manage listings, process cash-on-delivery orders, arrange delivery or pickup, provide messaging and support, send requested notifications, moderate user content, protect accounts and diagnose service issues. Waraq does not request payment-card details for cash-on-delivery orders.
Who can see it
Your public profile, listings and reviews may be visible to other users. Buyers and sellers receive the order and contact details needed to fulfill transactions. Delivery providers may receive the details needed to deliver an order. Authorized support and administrative staff can access information needed to resolve requests, reports and disputes. We use service providers for hosting, authentication, file storage and notifications, including Supabase, Vercel and Google Firebase; they process information to provide these services. We do not use a third-party advertising network in the app.
Permissions and choices
Camera and photo access is requested when you choose to add a book or profile image. Location access is requested only when you choose to use your device location for a delivery address or store location. Notification permission is requested before push notifications. You can manage these permissions in your device settings. You can edit account details, addresses and preferences in the app.
Security and retention
Waraq uses HTTPS connections, authenticated access and role-based controls for private service data. Information is kept while needed to provide the service and handle orders, support and disputes. Some transaction or security records may be retained where necessary for fraud prevention, dispute resolution or legal obligations. Submitting an account-deletion request does not itself erase data; contact support to discuss its status and the information that may need to be retained.
Account and data deletion
In the app, open Account settings → Delete account to request deletion. You can also submit a request without the app using the account-deletion form linked below. We may ask for information needed to verify account ownership before completing a web request. You can also request correction or deletion of other personal information through the support form.
